This service option is right for you if you want a comprehensive design plan including floor plans and a shopping list, that you can manage procurement and installation on your own. Our Plan Only Service is a great way to enlist the help of a professional Interior Designer to achieve a beautiful and professionally designed space that you execute to completion.
It is ideal for the client who wants great style, but unsure of how to go about it themselves. They are willing to roll up their sleeves and get the necessary work done to complete our comprehensive design plan.
It is a great way to decorate in stages - one room at a time at your own pace, or if you are a DIY-er at heart and enjoy managing your own design project.
What’s Included?!
Once we have all the required information we set to work on your project. Then in 2-4 weeks, you will receive a personalized plan for creating your design. Here is what you can expect to receive:
Mood boards, a floor-plan of your room, furniture placement drawn to scale, selections for furniture and larger accessories, elevations (per project) of important details for your space, and a shopping guide complete with clickable links .
One revision is included and must be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving your design plan.
Plan Only Design service fee starts at $5500 per room. Multiple Room Rates are available.
